IMOLA tap with a water saving cartridge helps to reduce water usage. When the tap is turned on until the lever reaches the first resistance position, the water flow is restricted, ensuring that water is not unnecessarily wasted. Restricted water flow is generally acceptable for most small tasks, but should a large bowl or bucket need to be filled, the lever can be moved to an unrestricted flow position so that water flows freely. This means that the user is in control and can save water daily by using the standard flow restriction, but at the same time they have the convenience of changing to unrestricted flow when they require a high volume of water.
