How much cash back will I receive?

Dependent on value of products purchased
Spend £3000 to £3999 on Fisher & Paykel appliances and claim £300 cash back.
Spend £4000 to £4999 on Fisher & Paykel appliances and claim £400 cash back.
Spend £5000 to £5999 on Fisher & Paykel appliances and claim £500 cash back.
Spend £6000 & above on Fisher & Paykel appliances and claim £600 cash back.

When and where do I need to have purchased my appliance in order to get this cashback offer?

In order to receive your cashback you need to have purchased one or more Fisher & Paykel appliances from Fisher & Paykel retailers, who will advertise the promotion online and instore.

Purchases must be made between 3rd September 2018 and 14th December 2018.

Purchase needs to be made in one transaction. Purchase one or more Fisher & Paykel appliances (excluding appliances only – excludes accessories, delivery, installation, warranty costs or any other associated items or costs) (each a Qualifying Product), from a Fisher & Paykel retailer during the Promotional Period and be eligible to receive the cash back payment relevant to your spend level.

Claims must be made online through www.fisherpaykelpromotions.co.uk. They cannot be done via the phone

When is the last date I need to submit my claim in order to get my cashback?

The promotion starts instore & online from 00.01 on 3rd September 2018
The promotion ends instore & online at 11.59 on 14th December 2018
You have until the 18th January 2019 in which to fill in the claim form online

What do I need to do in order to receive my cashback?
For you to receive your cashback claim you need to complete an online form through www.fisherpaykelpromotions.co.uk including product serial numbers, (which can be found on the packaging or on the product itself. Please call Customer Care on 08000 886 605, if you have a problem finding your serial number) You’ll also need to submit a copy of your proof of purchase.
Keep a note of your claim reference number which will be sent to you via email once you have registered your claim, in case you have any questions, or you need to contact us.

How do I submit a copy of my proof of purchase?

You can submit your proof of purchase one of two ways; you can scan and upload the purchase receipt/invoice, this can be done when completing the online claim form. Or you can take a photo and upload this image
The image needs to be clear and the information legible. It must show the product code, date and dealer name


What do I need to do if I have not received my cashback?

If 30 days have passed since you have submitted your claim and you have not received your BACs payment or cheque, please email your query to fisherpaykelpromotions@360incentives.com. Please ensure that you include your full name, contact number & unique confirmation of claim code (found in your confirmation of claim email). Alternatively you can call 0800 048 8927, please also ensure you have all the above details to hand.

What are the eligible models available in this cashback offer?

 

All UK Fisher and Paykel appliances. Please look at the retailer’s website or visit www.fisherpaykel.com/uk

The promotion will be across all Fisher & Paykel fridge freezers, all DishDrawers™ , all range cookers, built in ovens, companion products, hoods and washing machines. It does exclude accessories

Will products purchased from commercial (trade) or wholesale suppliers be accepted?

No, purchases made from commercial or wholesale supplier are not eligible for this promotion.

My product is on backorder. Can I still claim my cashback?

Yes. If you place an order on a qualifying appliance(s) during the promotional period and a product(s) is on backorder ('out of stock') you must still register your claim by 18th January 2019. Your proof of purchase must indicate that you paid a deposit on the qualifying product during the promotional period (3rd September – 14th December 2018 inclusive) and made full payment by 18th January 2019, prior to submitting your claim.
